If you have been wondering about the strange skyrocketing of real estate prices in your corner of America, you are not alone. Prices in my corner of Florida have gotten out of control really. Those middle income families that were smart enough (or like me fortunate enought to have someone encourage them) to buy a home sometime before the last year or so are able to turn those homes over at a substantial profit.
I get the feeling that the market can only take so much before it inevitably stalls and I am getting the feeling that it has hit that point. I caught this article on the web this morning and I thought I would share.

It was interesting to see the affordability index for other cities and got me wondering what the index for the Orlando area currently is.
